Thomas has spent his career building and operating New Jersey real estate, and Viza Capital is where that experience meets his own capital. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Montclair State University and a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from New York University, and is a licensed New Jersey real estate broker.

Before founding the Partnership, Thomas built and managed a growing portfolio of residential and HOA communities across New Jersey, and has personally executed more than 40 real estate transactions across single-family, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties. That hands-on experience — budgeting, capital planning, vendor coordination, and board relations — now runs directly into how Viza Capital underwrites, finances, and operates every acquisition. He previously served on the Planning Board for the Borough of Little Ferry.

Tyler joined Viza Property Management early in his career and has since become the go-to resource for owners and tenants alike across the firm's New Jersey portfolio. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Rutgers University and is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson.

His day-to-day work spans marketing vacant units, screening and onboarding new tenants, and managing collections - a hands-on approach that keeps occupancy high and turnover low across the portfolio. That same attention to detail now shapes how Viza Capital approaches leasing strategy across its properties.

Chandler joined Viza Property Management to bring financial discipline to its growing portfolio, and now oversees the numbers behind every property the firm manages. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University.

His work includes monthly owner statements, HOA financials, and annual budgets - the financial infrastructure that gives investors clear, timely visibility into performance. That same rigor now informs how Viza Capital plans and reports on its own portfolio.
